Ever since Matilda Bay first started brewing beer, we have been committed to honouring the traditions of our craft. That’s why we brew a classic pilsner style lager – highly hopped, crisp and golden – true to the style first brewed circa 1842 in Plzen, Bohemia (now in the Czech Republic).
