What do we mean by Brewer's Reserve?

A Brewers Reserve is a particular brew of great substance and style. It will be limited in quantity and will be available only in carefully selected outlets. It doesn’t mean that these beers will be seasonal, although some of the beers may be better suited to certain times of the year.

Brewers Reserve gives the Matilda Bay Brewing Company the opportunity to be flexible, creative and to experiment with world beer styles to develop new brands which may, in time, go on to play an important role on the world beer stage.

We will use this range to revive some old favourites – after all we have brewed some great beers in the past and feel the time has come to revisit them - as well as develop some totally new beers covering the whole beer flavour spectrum.
